What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?

No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please make a detailed note of it on your signed delivery receipt and contact us. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to our team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the damage and find the best way to fix the issue.


Please note that if damages are not communicated within 24 hours after delivery, it will be difficult to claim the damage was due to the transit. Please be sure to inspect your delivery as soon as possible to avoid any possible replacement costs.
